Wow, it's been a really long time lmao, but someone favourited this SUPER OLD POST I WROTE that I was tagged to make, and I felt like answering the questions again (except for ones I just don't have applicable answers to) because it's my week off of work and I want to make the most of it by doing inane shit and I'm definitely not procrastinating!!!!

Yes! I love cats!

Nothing particularly out-there! Just the usual stuff like people I care about dying, or getting a disease or illness.

I think I'd like to live with/near my parents again. We've lived in different countries for nearly 7 years and I miss having them around more consistently- especially after covid :/

- What is your favourite colour combination or palette?

I kinda like "rainbow"-like palettes but not brightly saturated to the degree of eye-strain. I like sort of "pigment rich" deep colours. Brick red, a sunset yellow, jade green, a deep teal. Something like that, probably. Here, Tohma encapsulates this palette

- How tall are you?

I'm a short-ass at 4' 10, or 147cm depending on what you measure heights with

- Your current mood?

I'm a little restless! Bored but I have nothing I want to do

- Is there any language you wish you knew?

Aside from wanting to speak Cantonese more fluently (I can already speak it but I'm very rusty because I rarely use it), I'd love to know Japanese (I listen to nearly exclusively jp music so it would be kinda useful in that sense), and some Spanish because I have SO MANY HISPANIC FRIENDS

- You can have any unusual pet you want - what would you choose and why?

Rabbits aren't that common, right? Right? I don't want an unusual pet, I would just like another rabbit someday when I feel capable of caring for a couple!

Gotta be either the piano or violin, the guzheng is cool tho and I regret not taking lessons when they were offered to me as a kid!!!!!

I dunno. I'm from a culture that eats more "unusual" food though, so things that feel normal to me are unusual to other people. Duck tongue, pigeon, chicken's feet, various kinds of offal (organs), jellyfish, eel (I recently learned that people find this strange to eat???? its like so normal to me idk????), century egg

I've never eaten those eggs with the fetus inside it tho. If I'd eaten one before then I'd consider that weird lol.

- Preferred scenery - Bustling city, small town, or away from civilisation?

City outskirts - far out enough that I'm away from the bustle, but close enough that I can access things like public transport. I live in Outer London so I'm basically describing where I live lol.

My parents live in New York and theyre not that far from Manhattan. TBH I dont like New York but they live near so many good places to eat, I'm seriously jealous sometimes!!!!

- What's your dream job?

One that makes enough money for me to live but I still have the energy to draw when I get home. What I'm doing right now probably is not it lmao.

The point is to just. Exist, I guess. There is no "point", it's just to do whatever you gotta do. If you give yourself a purpose, then that's the point of it.

I don't personally think there's a "point" to it except to meet my needs - do things that are interesting and fulfilling.

I'm an incredibly social person but my battery/ability to hold conversations is really low. So I'm often just like incredibly lonely because I want to chat to someone, but I can't physically handle a conversation because I get so easily exhausted even hanging out with my best friends lmao

- What was the thing that wrecked your feels the most?

I'm still emotionally devastated by the ending of Persona 5 Royal (as long as you got the proper ending from doing the proper confidants. No spoilers)

The Adventure Zone Amnesty ruined me and I still cry every time I listen to it. 100% recommend

- What's your version of an epic night by yourself?

Right now, it's to be find a good comic/manga/doujin with some substance/body to it - something that I can be emotionally invested in for a little while. Drink some tea.

I legitimately had a latte and a bar of chocolate, I'm the picture of health.

Not shy, just awkward! I don't really find myself attracted to anyone, so if someone "compliments" me in such a way and it's not a friend giving me a platonic compliment then I'm probably on the back foot wondering how to move the situation along.

Meant any way other than platonically, it's appreciated to a degree, but not really wanted!

- Do you like or hate making friends?

I like making friends but I am absolutely bursting with anxiety so it kills me because I'm convinced that I'm making a massive fool of myself at a constant rate.

Not particularly!

I do like some drinks, and I will have them on some occasions- Irish Cream like Bailey's is super good, and I like Kahlua and milk because it just tastes like a glorified chocolate milk!

In summer, I like something fruity and refreshing like Sangria.

But for the most part, nah. I just take sips from my parents drinks, despite being a full-grown adults now, lmao, I still like to pilfer the odd sip. No matter how often I sip at beer or wine, it is STILL gross?????

Oh god I have nothing to say. Haikyuu is.. my favourite.. and I think I'm going to reread/rewatch it because I love Tsukishima very much... I enjoy him as a character and I bought some merch of him a long time ago and it's still not with me (it's not lost, it's just not in my arms yet) and I just love him and miss him. I encourage everyone to watch/read it because it's good.
